 *Teachers/Supervisors at no cost

The above prices include snack on arrival and a hot lunch. Instruction included if needed.

Overnight Retreat Rates

Students: 

• $100.00 (double occupancy)
• $110.00 (single occupancy)

Adults: $140.00
*Please note, overnight adult rate will increase to $150.00 for all 2025 retreats.

The above prices include 3 meals, the use of 1 Meeting Room, 1 Classroom and the use of the Chapel.

*Overnight is defined as one night’s sleep and three (3) meals.
*Minimum charged for overnight retreats must be 25 persons.
​*Student overnighters must be in grade 11 or above.

Retreat Information

Accommodations 

Host your retreat at The St Francis Centre with options of large meeting rooms, classrooms, Chapel, and acres of outdoor space.
Spend the night in one of our overnight rooms. Include fresh linens and towels. 
* Please bring slippers or indoor shoes as outdoor shoes are asked to be taken off.
* Candles and alcohol are prohibited

Check In/Out Times

Check in time is not before 3:00 p.m.
Check out time is by 10:00 a.m.

Meals

Overnight retreat meal times unless arranged otherwise with us prior to retreat:
Breakfast: 8:30AM
Lunch: 12:30PM
Dinner: 5:30PM

* Special Diet Meals, such as, vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, etc... will come at a $10.00 daily fee/person. Please contact our office for full list of special diet meals.

Extra meal rates if required are as followed:
Breakfast: $10.00/person
Lunch: $15.00/person
Dinner: $20.00/person

​Fresh Coffee/Tea and snack add-on available throughout the day for $25/day.
